The Camera came extremely well packed. The camera is plug and play and I have used it with Windows XP and Vista and it started without a problem. It is supplied with a cd containing a 33 page User Guide and additional software that can be used to customise the camera settings including facial recognition or a zoom function which also enables the subject to be centred in the picture. The camera has a built-in microphone which means that only one USB port is required. I have used it with Skype to speak to my grandson in New Zealand who informed me it gave a very clear picture. The camera can be plugged directly into a USB port on the side of a lap top and the flexible arm makes adjustment easy or plugged into the very stable base which then connects to a USB port on a PC, which is how I am using it. I bought this webcamera because my 2 year old Philips camera died on me. This item arrived very quickly, it was as described. The price I paid here with this seller was cheaper than when buying from HUE own website. Installing was no problem at all. The picture quality is much better than my old camera's.
